Wash and slice the potato lengthwise about 1/4″ thick.
Put on baking sheet and bake at 250 for roughly 3 hours.
Turn over once during cooking. They should look dried out when done.
If your slices are thinner, they will cook faster so make sure you check them.
Store in a container in the refrigerator.
