Choline Crisps

Ingredients

hard boiled eggs. 

Directions Peel and slice hard boiled eggs.  Arrange egg slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.  Turn oven on lowest setting.  Back for 2-3 hours, or until slices become hard.  Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Alternative method: Arrange slices on a dehydration rack, set temperature for 150 degrees and dehydrate for 6-8 hours.
