One ingredient family friendly frozen treat.
Ingredients
1 banana
Directions:
Peel and wrap the banana in clear plastic wrap. Freeze the banana for a minimum of 2 hours or as long as overnight. Cut and put into a food processor. Pulse – keep pulsing. The texture will go through various stages, but will eventually turn the consistency of ice cream. To make a larger batch just use more bananas.
Store in an air tight container in the freezer.
